is the Quality Assurance OMBUDSMAN Association?
It is an organisation designed to promote top quality
businesses that excel in their chosen field. Only these top quality
businesses with a proven track record can become approved members
of the association, which helps customers choose a professional,
reliable supplier with confidence.
Why was the Association set up?
It was set up because of the lack of legislation in this country
to stop inexperienced or rogue businessmen setting up virtually
any type of business and portraying themselves as professionals,
which leads to dissatisfaction for customers.

Because any business displaying the Quality Assured logo will
have been vetted and carry full warranties on all their products
and services therefore guaranteeing complete satisfaction to you
the customer.
How does the Association vet its members?
Businesses are vetted in four stages:

business must be proposed by an authorised company officer |

An
application form must be submitted containing detailed background
information |

References
from satisfied customers and suppliers are taken and verified

Every
applicant must sign the Quality Assurance Charter |
"Only
when a business has successfully passed all four stages will they
be allowed Membership".
What is the quality Assurance charter?
The Quality Assurance Charter is a document which every member
of the association has signed, stating that in the event of a
dispute or complaint being referred to the association, the member
will agree to abide by any decisions made by the association or
the Ombudsman.
